1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: name, email address, password, date of birth, and gender (where relevant to an assessment).
• Health assessment data: your self-reported answers within the Gut Health, Hormones, Inflammation, Energy, and Mood assessments, including symptoms, lifestyle habits, medical history you choose to share, and related notes.
• Booking information: details you provide when scheduling a Root Cause Intensive session or contacting Gina’s team, such as preferred times, contact details, and messages.
• Payment information: if you purchase a session or service, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles this in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS security standards.
• Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support, feedback, or inquiries.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device and usage data: device type, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, IP address, app version, language settings, crash logs, and general usage analytics (e.g., screens viewed, features used, session length).
• Approximate location: general location inferred from IP address or device settings (we do not collect precise GPS location unless you separately grant that permission for a specific feature).
• Cookies and similar technologies: our website and in-app web views may use cookies, SDK identifiers, or similar tracking technologies to remember preferences and understand usage patterns.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

• If you sign in using a third-party account (e.g., Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In), we receive basic profile information such as your name and email address, as permitted by your privacy settings with that provider.
