Medvora Retail is a B2B (business-to-business) trade and procurement platform intended exclusively for licensed retail pharmacies, chemists, and medical stores. It is not intended for use by, and does not knowingly collect information from, individual consumers or the general public for personal medicine purchase. Access to the App's wholesaler directory, product catalog, and ordering features is restricted to registered business users who have successfully completed our license verification process.

2. Information We Collect

When you register your shop and use Medvora Retail, we collect the following information:

Account Information

• Full Name — to identify your account and the authorized point of contact for your shop
• Email Address — for account communication, verification, and support
• Mobile Number — to facilitate contact between your shop and wholesalers/suppliers, and for account security
• Password — stored in encrypted (hashed) form to secure your account

Shop / Business Information

• Shop or Business Name
• Business Address, City, and State — used to connect your shop with nearby verified wholesalers and suppliers, and for order delivery and invoicing purposes

Business Verification Documents

• Drug License (DL) — uploaded copy and license number, used solely to verify that your shop is a legally licensed pharmacy/medical retailer
• GST Certificate — uploaded copy and GSTIN, used solely to verify your business registration and for accurate tax computation on orders
